Speaker: Ricky Collins
Ricky Collins is a Minnesota entrepreneur, creative strategist, and video director with a passion for helping people and organizations tell their story. He’s the founder of The Startup Hussle, a content and social media agency working with nonprofits, government groups, and local businesses to amplify their impact online.
With a career that includes producing for names like Floyd Mayweather and Eric Thomas, Ricky brings high-level storytelling experience to every project — but his heart is in community work. Whether through video, authentic messaging, or simple digital strategy, he helps nonprofits "hussle better" in a digital world.
When he’s not behind the camera, Ricky supports entrepreneurs, mentors young creatives, and leads grassroots projects throughout the Twin Cities.
